Tweeti just showered and did my injection but still had to use the nail 18 g x 1.5 it hurt like a moth but it went wright in but iam leaking out the whole in my ass cheek. i hope i aint losing all the amps i put in there 2 holes i patched them with toilet paper do u think the gear is coming out anybody? i left the needle in my ass for 3 minutes to plug the whole. never again that hurt and after a shower ill try 21 next time. wat a nail.

TweetI usually have always used 1.5 22 gauge. To do a delt, I use some scissors and snip off the top inch off the plastic pin cover and then screw it back on and jab it till it stops. That way it only goes in an inch. always use 1.5 on glutes, Im not a heavy juicer and only do it now for hrt at my age it is a fountain of youth. I have done heavy cycles before with 5 cc in a barrel all at once, if they had a 10 cc barrel, I might have tried it. lol...I tried quads before and felt like I got kicked by a mule for a couple days...lol..OMG calves can be brutal. I must have hit a nerve, couldnt walk very good for a couple days.
Tweetman you guys need to give deep tissue from a professional on the areas that you have the most issues with. that and a foam roller will have those problem areas like brand new within 3-4 sessions. now bear in mind that the treatments hurt very very bad but it does work. i have my lower back done as well as lats, and my entire legs. it also is supposed to help you grow as well. the lady that does mine's nickname is helga. get the picture and she will ruin your day

Tweetmine is the same way man but i had to ask myself: is she really going to put me into that threshold of pain to break up my muscles? the answer was no. i went to helga and it was a whole different level of torture but it worked to the point that the glutes and quads are like hitting the first time every time. even when you got a little knot from a bad hit she can break it up

TweetI always try pinning after shower, massage area for 60 seconds, an on quad and shoulders I use DMsO post shot...deep tissue massage helps too...

TweetMy hands are great for dead lifts jot pins. I can palm a basketball at 5-9 and find it almost impossible to push a pin at times. Not enough surface area.
TweetI draw with a 21g and inject with a 25g. I inject Saturday morning, b4 I go to the gym, so I dont shower b4, but that is a good idea, cuz the muscles will be relaxed. I usually massage it aft im done. I do glutes rotating and do clen sup-q with a slin pin in the abs and the inner thighs. Using a comb of Helios and Clen mixed cuz the Helios dont have enough clen.

Keep this in mind however, use slin pins for your shoulder sights or any other site IMO that you would not do well with a magnitude of scar tissue built up in. Glute is no biggie. You build up a surplus of scar tissue in your shoulder however, and you might have a problem with range of motion and even injury potential.
