      Default DECA and what does it really do...

      ok ive been on deca for a good 10 weeks now plus test, i ran out of qv300 aroudn week 8 and have been taken soem of teh new norma hellas at 400mgs a week but i dont really think deca works for me or something, i mean untill my test kicked in around week 4 or 5 i didnt feal shit, and i knwo my QV was real so thats not the case and my normas are deffinitally real, im just saying like any real gains ive been makin is due to test, i think deca is for girls or soemthing like its to weak for me or something, like maybe you should lift lighter weights on it and runn to get ripped and vascular because i dont see it being a potential mass builder.... anyones thoughts?

      I personally love the stuff, always gives me good gains, and solid ones at that, and its not for women, well at least women shouldnt use it per say, but some can get away with it..

      If you have been on for 10 weeks, and arent seeing much of anything, its either 1 of 2 things, or possibly both...your training, eating and sleeping regiment is shitty and is hindering your gains, or, you have some bunk shit.

      i train hard heavy and intense 4 days a week and nothin but rest and eat inbetween i eat everythign insight i mean i cant say its not responsible for soem of my gains but i just gues si expected a hell of alot more form it... guess it aint nothin like test

      Deca doesnt "kick" like Test. How do you know the Deca didnt quick in when the test did? It may not be all Test contributing to what you feel. I feel deca or EQ around weeks 5-6

      Its hard to compare a heavy androgen to a high anabolic, you will always feel the heavy androgen more.

      Hate Deca. Did a Deca only cycle (1st cycle) last year and only gained like 6lbs. It did, however, messed my libido big time. Took me like 5 months to go back to "being in the mood" as frequently as I was before. Yes I did my clomid post therapy. It also gave me the worst insomnia ever. 1 month of barely 3 hrs of sleep /night.
      I only did 200mg /wk and no test. I can only imagine what a higher dose wouldn've done. So my experience and .02c is:

      1- No deca alone.
      2- If using it, MUST include test.
      3- Be ready for some libido decline afterwards.
      4- Be ready for some mad insomnia.

      Gads! There's so much misinformation in this thread!

      CubanJuice: You ran deca by itself for 1 month and you gained 6lbs? I'm very surprised! It usually takes about 1 month before you see any results from deca at all. I won't even address your libedo and sleep problems.

      juiceyjuice: Deca will "kick in" at around week 4 or 5. Exactly the same time you think your test kicked in. Was probably a combination of both.

      this thread is getting ugly. Pesonally yeah deca does shut down ur libido but it's great for many reasons. U have joint pain, bamm deca will cure. I have made some great gains and strength, but the only setback is it stays in ur system for like 18 months, so that's a no no for me. ;(

      well ive been on deca an dura for about 3 months now and totall gains are around 17 pounds cant complain but i think i should be gainin more im goin for another 7 weeks but im not gain anymore im leveld off at 5'8 180 , i cant get passed it, havent gained another pound for about 2 weeks now, but ive been fealign like total shit to, liek run down into the gutter, tired and dragge dout all the time, i donno what it is, could it be like the strain on my liver maybe doing it or maybe i have an infection from a cold i had a month back in my sinuses. would and could that keep my weight off because my bodys fighting infection, but even so im on 500mgs of dura and 500mgs of deca is should be gainin regarless if i had fuckin aids or something dont cha think? also is it ok to work out say triceps 2-3 times a week since im on juice to get them bigger or shoudl i still sick to workin each bodypart once a week??

      I would stick to working each bodypart once per week.

      Deca is definately a slower mass builder than test. But that mass also tends to build higher quality mass.

      im on test to though....alot of people say you can work out arms 2-3 times a week on juice especially triceps? anyone else's thoughts on this?

      stick to working out ur body parts once a week, than maybe twice a week so u can shock ur body, BUT DONT OVERTRAIN, the biggest mistake for me when i juice.
      You might feel tied because of the high estrogen levels.

      the effects of deca start 3 weeks in and usually not felt until week 4-6.... you probally got something out of it...
