TweetI would suggest visiting an endo if you are considering TRT. With your stats, It probably is the best route. Always best to be under the care of a physician for something like this.
Tweet49yo., 15yr vet and currently 208 5' 11". Just finished 12 weeks of cyp @400 week. Dbol kicker/finished with whinny. Nolva all the way thru to present (13th week) Injured legs in dirt bike accident halfway thru and could not do any cardio, but trained thru the rest of the time with everything else. Also have a very physical job in concrete. So the cycle helps tremendously. Super clean diet. I have not done any cycles in a couple years by choice. Had a great comeback, even thru injury. I would like to plan another low dose test (enth) cycle next and was wondering if at my age, is the whole PCT really pointless if I had low test levels to begin with? I have clomid/nolva but thought maybe it would be better to slide into the enth at 200 instead. Opinions?

TweetThanks, tru that. However, no insurance here. By the time I would get done with the doctors office visits and labs I would not be able to afford the therapy. I do appreciate the suggestion though bro!
TweetI hear ya.. I just finally got insurance back after almost a year without. It's tough. Anywhere from 100-250mg per week is the norm. I cruise on the higher end of that at 250mgs per week.. and I split the dose Monday and Friday to keep my levels stable.
TweetI'm on TRT and add in extra things for my cycles and I never PCT. My test levels will never be "normal" so I stay on year round. I do blast and cruise, and as of late have blasted more then cruise but I am going to do a nice long cruise on just my TRT dose for a few months. Coming completely off leaves me feeling terrible, its not worth it.
Pitt is right, if you can see and endo that is the best way to assess your situation. The other is to do lab work on your own and figure where you are at and go from there. My TRT dose is 200mg Watson test cyp per week, so I run that and add whatever I want to make up my cycle.
TweetWell, looks like 2 very knowledgeable people came and helped you out bro. Concrete ain't no walk in the park job, I know how being on can definitely help.
TweetIf your 49 just jump on the TRT wagon.
I have been on for over 5 years now and its great. I do a heavy handed 100mg every 3 days. My levels are over human normals but this is where I feel best. Just the test alone in my cycles were 10 times that so it feels low to me.
You should certainly see a dr and get baseline bloodwork if possible but if you cannot just do 75--100 cyp every 3 days to keep hormone levels stable.
Maybe light AI use
Tweetiam like anabolic , ill never be normal without gear in my system as when i come down to far i get severly depressed and that sucks. i take lexapro for depression but that dont help the test does but i do take the antidep though. i want to get on trt but my ****ing levels are way to high for a dr to give me anything, is that wright? ive been holding off on seeing a dr for trt as my numbers i know are high, does that matter guys?
all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!
TweetIf you are too high with your levels most if not all docs will not prescribe TRT Bro.
TweetGood to know Im not alone in doing trt year round with no pct. Been doing it a long long time and havent had a single problem.Sometimes I will stop for a month or so and then I notice how much better I feel when I am on.
TweetI also trt/hrt year round, self prescribed. I stay on the higher end at 250/wk...blast and cruise. I do come off completely once a year for 4wks and get blood work done. I don't hv insurance either but I do what I can to stay Healthy. Blood works cheap btw.
TweetYou can get blood work done for about $50 in the US, takes a day or two to get your results. It is the best way to see where you are at, if your gear and your AI's are working and to verify your health.
TweetI'm 48, and also on TRT. Never pct, just stay on prescribed dose of 200mg a week. I blast and cruise and never come completely off just stay on prescribed dosage.
