0-25 for most plans and thats residual carbs. jipped uses it painfully and successfully but i tried every approach with it from high pro low pro various levels of fat intake and i couldnt tolerate. it destroys me completely and i can tolerate 50-100g of carb days much better. again some people thrive off the approach but i dont. hell i pass out and all kinds of cray shit.
