Last time I used HGH I either took it before bed on empty stomach or directly, bring it with you to the gym, after training.

TweetI've done mine at all different times over the years trying to figure which was the best. Right before bed, 3am when I wake up to use the bathroom, later in the morning when I actually wake up, etc... I've pretty much settled for right before bed. It's just the easiest and most convenient time for me. Looking back now, I honestly couldn't really say if any particular time yielded better results than another.

TweetMornings for me and then Evenings. I dont believe any which method is going to make that much of a difference either way. Just make sure you get it in twice a day spreader apart.
TweetI definitely agree before bed is so much more convenient.
Right after training you need to bring a small cooler to gym and do it in locker room which is not really preferable.
I also do use about 5-7 Ius of Humilin R 2X a day one of those times would be 30-40 min after GH before eating. Not sure if that makes a difference?

TweetYou are probably correct. There is most likely is a "best" time but most likely it makes a negligible difference.
