What's your diet like? If your not taking enough calories in doing a cycle isn't going to make up for it. You need to pack in the calories and protein. On the cycle if your health permits and you feel your diet is in check and your training is on spot you want to start with something simple.

Testosterone En. 300 - 400 MG a week. For 16 weeks.
