it has to be injected to be most effective as i am sure you already know baby1. guts dont process it for shit. amino asylum as well as synthetec here both carry excellent products and i have used both. they push through a 30g needle with no problem at all. id doesnt hurt and doesnt lump and can be done daily with no issues. great supplement but orally it is a waste of money

OOPs lol I meant to click like not dislike. Anyway, no I did not know this guns but thanks so much for this info. I ordered acetyl l carnitine from Life Extension so ill give it a shot anyway

you are only looking at like .0001% absorb rate with oral and in order to get the amounts needed orally, it one isnt possible because it will destroy your stomach in those amounts.
