I'm almost 35 and completely changed my diet and pill intake from 33 to 7 daily. I have no energy and sleep almost 12 hours a day. I'm just looking for info on how to be healthier and make some friends .

I was told the more I shit the more my liver will repair itself. I Only drink water . Every dayi feel better , just I think my body is like detoxing from the pills weed and pop.
