I recently ran into liver problems. Complications changed my diet and its getting better. If u want minimum effort add bran flakes , appe sauce and red grapes. Those brought my liver enzymes down massively in 9 days . Also drink tons of water 100 oz or more.

Pop , booze , fried and salty foods along wit lunch meats are bad for liver health. If you're shitting every day and it isn't yellow or pale u should be ok
