Bro grab some Osterine and take it daily. Do push up squats and other stuff you can do easily. Osterine will not negatively effect most folk (RBC, lipids ect). When the gym was closed and I was being lazy I lost NOTHING! and when I went back even my strength was close to where it was after two months of bodyweight and dogfood bags to workout with.
