So just curious from the experienced chaps out there what do you think the most athletic AAS (other than test because I don't consider that AAS thats my God given right to be a T filled as the first Adam)...

...I was contemplating this...I'm nearing 20 years of use (fairly smart use, I'd have to say) and that answer has always changed...in my 20's it was EQ...I felt light on my feet yet powerful and pumped, thirties moved around with Deca early but just never really got the joint feeling some get, winny kicked ass for awhile but then the joints started having wear and tear, tren was always the look but to many things making you not feel athletic, never could get back into EQ, I'd say toward the end of the decade for me NPP and Masteron E seemed to really rock...So far in my 40's I just haven't found that AAS that feels good, last run of deca even low dosed kicked my dicks ass 12 weeks in which it never has done...tren E on the lower side was just giving me too many sides with stress I'm under...

Really looking for that AAS to use as I lighten down for the joints and longevity. I will say this I definitely don't have that "intense feeling" on anything anymore. I've had two abdominal surgeries this year, stinking sciatic nerve has been brutal this year...put more weight on than I'd normally be at...frigging tired of everything!

Was considering EQ but my BP can suck sometimes. I'd say getting old sucks but I'm in far better place than most men my age...bottom line I can hold up two bad ass guns and mow fans of Slopppy Joe and Kamel Toe down just right...

shit man, first off i would start with keeping bpc 157 in around 150-300 ed for good and never take it out. maybe also add in low dose gh as well for joint resynthesis and collegen production. that should help with joints inflammation etc.... then add in morphogen morphoprime in daily along with carditone 2x daily and nialor. that will cover lipids bp and other issues health marker related. also along with that for bp toss in 5mg of cialis and 5-8g of citraline malate and or maybe somee good beet root powder. those three or any combo of the three can get rid of the need for a pre workout product and drop your bp down to normal even when pushing cycles. lastly i also like to keep in orange triad for joints and digestive health. it has worked wonders for me but i am getting more and more beat up as i creep into my mid 40s as well.

so what i would do athletic wise would be to get rid of the mast for starters and replace it with proviron at 30-60 daily. that will give you some test being freed up, some libido enhancement a tiny bit of estro control and it wont impact lipids like mast does. not to mention it pretty much has nil effects on the liver and if it does it is marginal at best.

take a look at ment trestolone ace. dosing anywhere between 20-100mg daily for 30 days or however long you want to run it. it has zero effect on your health markers, it will make you strong as hell and recomp is fantastic. it does and can covert to estro is the only downside and if you have estro issue then you will need something to combat that. i have only heard of one person having bp issues with it and that was here and that is literally the only one. i would best describe it as super tren with none of the side effects. i mean zero sides at all.

you could do a simple stack of eq from 1-600 provi at 30-60 and ment from 20-100 and call it a day. you can add low or mid range dosing with test but it really isnt needed. you can though if you want even at an hrt dose.

hopefully this tiny little fast write up will help you out a bit

guns as always man, much respect...changes in life and stress have me down on myself...most wouldn't know the struggle as I still pull it off on the day to day but pains are getting worse and life kicking you in the chops! ...and if you know whats going on in the world you know we are all fucked soon.

I run my test hrt 300-600 year round, proviron here and there if it doesn't mess with my prostate, been on low dose gh and semorilin for 6 months, before that MK677 for a year with low dose gh and ipam...nice combo for sure...some really cool peps.

I definitley will look up all those suppz brother trully apreciate it. Be glad to give Eq a nice run if I can keep bp down.

i feel you across the board on the bs around us and being beat down on the day to day haha. it's catching up to me as well.

trust me on the carditone cialis 5mg and if needed the citraline. the carditone will also help to reverse left ventrical hypertrophy that we all get with both aas and just training heavy in general. i forgot about prostate and provi haha. i put up another great supp spread on here for those issues as well. i have seen it cut people's psa numbers in half as well as get rid of any lingering swelling and side effects.

For me a low dose of Test, EQ and drostolone is my fav stack. I do not lift heavy but do BJJ and Muay Thai 3-4 times a week. These are very athletic pursuits and this stack makes a significant diff.

I am off everything right now and feel like I am towing a boat anchor when sparring or rolling.

Another is the sarm osterine. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously good. I got some from Supreme and it kicks ass.

Bro, osterine is great but higher doses give me wicked pumps like dbol. Stay below 20 mg and it is awesome!

Up top for the carditone. I've been using it for years now and it has kept my BP on point.

You take it 1x or 2x a day? The directions say 1x but you mentioned taking 2?

for most 1x per day works wonders but you can do 2 if on a heavy run or if you are pretty high bp wise. the last year i havent had to go above 1 day first thing in the am but i have also kept 5mg of cialis and 6-8g of citraline in the entire time. so that could be why i only needed to. i figured i would have to bump up to 2 when i got deep in prep and added in a little clen but i actually didnt this run

Citrulline and beet root powder keeps my BP under 120/80 even on a moderate cycle. Also take red rice yeast for lipids. Low dose of cardarine is all needed for me.

ditch the red yeast rice man and go with the nialor. shit will give you the best lipid panel of your life and that is even on a super heavy cycle. only downside for me is that it doesnt do dick for low hdl. i use krill oil for that but it still normally doesnt get above 38-48 for me. so i have to keep my ldl super low

      175 mg Milk thistle
      6 mg Policosinol

I can get 120 500mg tabs of niacin for $9, Milk thistle extract 180 caps for $9, and 180 policosinol 40 mg tabs for $11 for under $30 + free shipping from amazon.

I am a cheap bastard! I will continue taking my red rice yeast as it helps and add these others. My lipids look great right now and my HDL never gets too low as I do 85% cardio to 15% weights.

I am banking up my script test right now. (I come off and PCT every winter and keep getting my TRT script) I will have 3-4 months of double dose TRT test come March and I will do that with cardarine, osterine and this year maybe EQ at a moderate dose. I have not seen my lower abs in years and I want to have one more bout before I stop fighting and just train. (If I can find another old man who wants to have a match. it is hard because I fight at 160-165 lbs. Most older guys are heavier than that. My last fight the only guy we could find over 45 was 185 lbs and I fought him on 17 days notice.)

I want to be ready in case we find an opponent.
