TweetHaven't tried thoughs but less the better. I'll have to try them. I love dates
TweetAnyone eat these? I try not to eat too many protein/energy bar type things, but I I'll reach for them if I'm on the go and need something real quick. I've seen these in the store for years and always just walked by them. I've been paying attention to the ingredients list on everything I eat more and more lately, which is another reason I stay away from a lot of the protein bars/energy bars etc... However, these are pretty simple when it comes to the ingredients. I got the cherry pie which is literally just 3 ingredients. Dates, almonds and unsweetened cherries. I figure it doesn't get much simpler than that. May not be the best option when it comes to macros and specific goals, but they don't have a lot of extra crap in them.
Just curious if anyone else has tried these.

TweetI like them. They are pretty good. Not high protein like some but still a good option when you need to grab something quick. And they taste GREAT!
Tweettake a look for bestbarever. if you want a legit bar that's the one to go for

TweetGuns where do you get em? They do not sell the in retail down here evidently and amazon says "Currently unavailable".
I have eaten "oatmega" bars in the past. They are not too sweet and only have 5 grams of sugar. Also DHA and EPA from fish oil. bestbarever are whey concentrate (Which is WAY better than soy protein) but oatmega protein is a blend of concentrate AND isolate.
Honestly both are probably real good. I would buy on what tastes the best.
I eat lara bars from time to time as they are way better than a candy bar and taste great. BUT, they have very little protein and quite a bit of sugar. Still they are cheap and readily found. Better than some of those "protein bars" that are 400 calories plus made with chemicals i cannot pronounce.
Tweetyou used to could order them directly from the company online but now you can only get them from a wegmans or price chopper. which is very unfortunate because you will not find a bar that has zero chemicals or fillers whatsoever. def the most legit bar i have ever had. i do not have either of those stores anywhere close to me

TweetI'm definitely checking those out. I've been looking for a good, clean protein bar for on the go for a while. Seems like almost everything has crappy ingredients.
