TweetI do whey protein powder post workout only. They I eat pretty much all meats for protein and I also like greek yogurt which has a bunch of slow digesting protein.
TweetOk I wanna ask you smart men and women a question?Do you use different sources of protein depending if your bulking or cutting?
Do you switch up your selection toward the end of your cycle or as you get closer to a show for those that compete.?
Such as more red meat in the beginning or for a bulk .. and change to a lighter source like fish toward the end. As you dial in do you try and go to a less fatty source of protein , more lean.
Or does it not matter at all. I wanna hear some thoughts and opinions on how you get in your protein. ? And from where. ?And if there is a specific reason why?
Also night time do you prefer to take in a slower absorbing protein like casein?
Inquiring minds wanna know. ?
Do you set up your food like you set up your cycle?? In stages ??? And with each stage you make minor tweaks and adjustments. ??

TweetThis last 2weeks I've upped my fish and salad.. been putting down about 1gallon of water every day.. I've had chicken and not much red meat. Sugar has been kept to a minimum. I've been having 2 tablespoons of pb before bed. Down 11 pounds. Hopefully when I get up today it will be 12lbs.
Beans... I can really go for some homemade Cajun beans. Getting ready for bed.
TweetMy protein sources dont change for bulk or cut, theyre the same. I use eggs, egg whites, bacon, chicken wings and whey mainly as well as some Humapro. I do love some grilled salmon when i can find a quality supplier. I love the wild caught.

TweetI eat 2 cans of tunafish a week and eat a lot of eggs. Also like canned salmon. Fresh is best but speed of prep and ease of consumption is important as busy as I am. I love making salmon patties (from the can) fried in avocado oil. Lots of omega 3 fatty acids and protein.
TweetIve been on whey protein isolates for 30 years. It works and the lactoferrin in it boosts your immune system and immumnoglobulins
TweetMostly eggs and chicken.
TweetWell, 3 slices has 12g fat and 12g protein. BUT i wouldnt suggest making it a staple. in moderation of course.
