So to continue where I left off.

Lunch was chipotle
Lettuce
No rice
No beans
Grilled veggies
Mild and hot suave
Cheese
Double steak.

No workout, friday was date night. I had 2 vodka sprites.

Calamari

Dinner was a pasta dish with a thing suace and a chili sauce. Comes with scallops and shrimp and some garlic bread.


Saturday:

No workout, finally a weekend without rain so I needed to get some work around the house done.

Breakfast was a couple eggs.

No lunch, lots of water but not enough I’m the Florida heat.

Dinner was 2 burgers no bread with cheddar cheese and bacon into the patty. Also green beans.

Finished the night off with pineapple and a sugar free pudding.

Sunday:

Purposely slept in, trying to get com recovery.

Breakfast was a couple eggs and a cup of diet cranberry juice. Oh also had 1 eggo waffle with a keto sugar free syrup.

Also had some pineapple.

Rest of the day will be water.

Going to head outside and do some more work around the house, sweat my ass off.

I’m still hungry, might grab some nuts and eat then because I’m craving carbs, probably from the large carb spike Friday.
