I had major abdominal surgery in late Nov but had to have repairs in March so I'm definitely not where I want to be but this compound seems to let me train like I am there. They oxygem uptake is real and at my age any help with cardio is a plus!
Agree, but also you have an "extra gear" when you would be blowing hard from heavy lifts you could probably do 1 more set when this stuff kicks in. I think it allows you to train longer without gassing out.
