Hey guys. I’ve been slacking with my training the last few weeks due to work having me travel from ny to nj 3 days out is the week and the time and energy just aren’t there. And to add insult to injury now with gyms being closed it’s going to be harder to get back to it. However I do have stuff that has been in storage in my garage so this has forced me to start purging, organizing and setting up the home gym.
