TweetIf you don’t mind me asking what would the dose be weekly without the 300mg? If you prefer not to answer , I would think 200-250mg per week would still keep you feeling/working normally as that should put you above 1000ng/dL easily so you will be at the max for normal test levels.

TweetI’ve done the same and i visualized my personal journey like an ocean liner in that a few degrees change amounts to stabilizing a new direction without disruption. i believe and know that the human body is built to adapt but it needs time and certainly the right or best nutrition to fill in the loss gaps. I bought into an array of natural green supplements as i decreased gear over several months. I’m now at month 5 & cruising at 250mgs of test enth every other week and seem stable. i’ve also made Alkaline 88 ph water a staple. Thinking microscopical about the system support. After 30+yrs of gear my belief is to nurture the system. Ultimately, most if not al troubles are in our heads. I hope your journey is filled with peace and health Brothers and Sisters. Tweeti run 300 only for most of the year and still stay big and just as strong. i probably could get into show shape at 300 it would just take a lot longer and be much slower. think about it most hrt doses are 100-200 to get you in the normal range. 300 is a bit above normal range and should put you in the 1200s or higher give or take.

TweetHonestly I doubt you will loose that much on 600mg. That is still an on cycle number.
As for dealing with the loss of mass I went from over 200# and really big on my frame to 165#, thin and fit. I just changed my priorities. I can tell you I stayed here because at over 50 years old my heart is WAY healthier as is the rest of my body. I weigh how I feel everyday over how others see me.
Lets face it being Body building big is a personal thing but being BB big is really about how other people see you. It is like body modification or tattoos. it becomes part of your identity. We dress, act, and are certain ways to express this. Being a BB is the same.
example: My wife wanted a boob job. I asked her why as she was lovely the way she was. She said it is deeply personal. I said OK but why? Basically after we talked she admitted that deep down it was all about how she saw others ladies and wanted to be able to wear clothes like them and fill them out. So, how others perceived her. Not the same as someone fixing a deformity or such.

TweetYou are ok man. Since the gym close I dropped everything. Only stayed on 300 of test E. Have not trained, barely eat but I have not lost as much as I would have and my mood is fine after 2 months.
I really can not wait until gyms open.
