Last night was hard run night. I pushed 2 miles and made it in 14 minutes. That is flying for me. Fastest I have ever run 2.

I am paying this morning. Woke up choked down my coffee and a protein bar. Back and knees ache. I will be good for thursday. Light 5K.

Tonight is supposed to be leg day. i will skip it and make it up on Saturday. My schedule is all messed up. Yet i am still making gains. I LOVE MK 2866!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
