Someone in my gym said to add some in when I've been on eq on its own. As it's my first cycle I'm told I should try things on their own then add things in. What would your advice be on what to add on if anything?
I've seen mixed advice on here as far as running eq on its own, people say it'll drop my test levels too much but I don't understand that as eq is test based isn't it? As long as I do a pct.. open to opinions

No EQ is not test based. Don't ever take advice from the person at your gym. Matter of fact tell him he doesn't know dick about anabolics. Now you should run only Test E or Cyp for your first cycle.

So should I stop using equipoise? The hair loss has stopped/slowed right down now, think I was a bit paranoid when I first used it.
Or should I run test e alongside the eq instead
