Similar to the environment I worked in. 14 hours a day always "on". Not even the time to eat or come down from being on alert. Even when I forced myself to take a day off I worked from home. You know what you get for it. Missing your kids growing up and a lot of other family time misses. hard to enjoy all that money and stuff when you are always working and stressed to the max. i would rather squeek by or have just enough and be able to enjoy life.
