ok baby1 after my extensive trial and error plus reading and studying lol. i think if you arent going to do your cardio fasted then the best method would be to do it post training. if you hit it before training it will zap your energy a bit and lower your glycogen before working the muscle. but if you wipe out your glycogen a bit with training and then hit the cardio it will help to pull a little more fat plus start up the recovery process a little faster. just doing it for most people would be the best option but for timing i stand by the above
