i dont know if you are doing it but a good log book will work wonders for you. keep you accountable and progressing. it is esp important to note how you are feeling from day to day. that way you can gauge if you pushed to hard or not hard enough. you can also keep an eye on if you need to move weights and reps up how you are sleeping and eating. it is endless. my wife uses the one from salt water wraps for training and then she uses a different one for her nutrition log. i ride the hell out of her about both of them haha because i have a hard time remembering what she has done and if i dont know then i have to push her even harder lol

You are so right! I also have the daily log book from SalT Wrap. It is a great ook and I have logged ut not consistently yet. Thanks for the reminder because I definitely want to make that part of the daily grind. With Fuzo getting his own stuff done and focusing on our daughters training, I have to kick my own ass. Any reminders are great for me, so thanks!~

Yesterday morning I slipped a bit into the old pattern, but I need that here and there, to remind me that I much prefer working on my goals! So I got my shit together, and did go to the gym. Day 6 of week 7! The physical benefits are so great, but it really is good for my head! Here is what yesterday looked like. It isnt a lot, but for me I have to go slow or my body takes days to recover.

      Back & Rear Delts

      Deadlifts – 4 X 8

      T-bar row – 4 X 8

      Lat pull-down – 4 X 8, last set is a drop-set

      Seated cable row – 4 X 8, last set is a drop-set

      Straight-arm pushdowns – 4 X 8

      Rear delt fly machine – 4 X 8

      Bent over DB rear laterals – 4 X 8

Cardio – 30 minutes medium intensity cardio

looks like a good one to me baby1. looks like everything was in order to me. only thing i wouldnt do is start biceps with a stretching movement like incline db curl or preacher curls. always want a movement like bb or stand db curls to get your distal tendon completely warmed up before putting it under a stretch. other than that it looks like you are killing it

With only about a 1/2 hour tin the gym, yesterday, I did an very quick leg session. Left with the "shakes" lol, but that was a good thing. Had to hit the vitamin shoppe for something post worout to scarf down. Short n sweet but it whipped me good. I was tired and starving all day but I kept moving till I sat on the couch at 8pm.

this morning heading to the gym for chest, abs, cardio to put some pump in the hump

This morning's session went good, but I am real tired. I feel I need to eat even more than I am, and that doesnt scare me. I am a believer in fueling with enough food and water. Many gals just cut food in hopes for their goals, and I know that is counter productive.

Went up in the amount of weight, today.. I was a bit reluctant, at first, to do the reverse grip
bench press but I did it anyway. First I did a quick You Tube search to make sure I did it right. It felt a bit awkward but awkward is good and challenging. Fuzo gave me some tips today's workout also...

      Chest & Abs:

      Flat bench press/reverse grip – 1 warm-up set (regular grip), 4 X 8 (reverse grip)

      DB fly, super-set with flat bench DB press – 4 X 8

Incline DB press, super-set with dips (bench or parallel bars) – 4 X 8

      Decline cable crossovers – 4 X 8

      Medicine ball or weighted crunches – 3 X 25

Hanging leg raises or roman chair – 3 X 15

      Reverse crunch (on
      bench) – 3 X 15

Cardio – 30 minutes medium intensity cardio

Took a rest day yesterday. Had some important appointments to tend too and my bbodywas really talking to me, so I listened to it. Not the body soreness from good training, ut my old face pain creeping back. It was just a day though. Feelin it a bit now too UT I am jumping in a cold shower and then off to the gym. I am thinking I will be there for awhile today....READY!

always best to listen to your body when it needs a break. if you push it to hard then it will set you back even further. good call baby1
