no set plan on taking anything to enhance recovery as of now. i did ask the doc about alternative options for recovery and he did not want to engage..lol
He said nothing is going to make that graft fuse faster...
I am thinking anything i can take that helps with collagen, tendons..etc..I have to research what to do...getting back on the orange triad with be a start...plus be sure to crush my PT!

Tweetif nothing else man, look at the bpc 157. it will put you weeks to months ahead of recovery. i have not seen anyone that had good bpc not speed things up. the gh is brutal expensive but it also does the same. you could also toss in some low low dose of eq and or npp as well. all things that come to mind at healing tendons and such

Tweeti haven't tried he bpc but after my last rotator cuff surgery i used tb500 IM in the shoulder for two weeks immediately after surgery and my PT was constantly amazed at how fast the range of motion and the strengthening was going. i think it made a big difference in the recovery
