Larry Scott was a successful bodybuilder in the 80s. He had an ad in a magazine where he would mentor people for a fee. I paid the fee asked for. I would get phone calls about once a week from him and he asked about my activity level and nutrition, sleep and my training. He modified everything or tweaked them
He gave me bits of knowledge and a couple of them has stuck. One is you can do everything right in the gym but it is mostly what you do the other 23 hours of the day.
Another is even though you can only use about 30 grams of protein at a time you have to factor in digestion rate and absorption rate.
Is this cool or what?
