TweetI'm game to follow along. My wife suffers from severe depression and has fallen off the wagon of training and like you has 0 energy or drive to do anything. She basically is a couch potato. She is in some pretty aggressive therapy for past trauma. She is also on meds for her depression, it's such a wicked cycle, just be easy on yourself and like already stated "one day at a time". Start walking 30 minutes a day. Do push-ups, bodyweight exercises, try not to be to sedentary, portion control, meal prep is key. You will have all the support and knowledge you will need here.
