Really, i know its not "politically correct" but there is really no sense in ever totslly coming off at leat 200 mgs test a week. No matter how good a pct ptogram you do eventuslly you ate going to loose mosr everything anyway. You just have to decide for yourself, as you csn see I just tell it as it is I don't pull punches. If your a guy who will be doing day 2 pretty decent cyclrs a year coning off is useless.. You would be much better off using 250-500 mg test and that way maintain all your gains for your next run. Otherwise you are going to have to waste the time to regain the muscle you lost coming off. If you compete, no brainer, never come off.
If your a one,. say, summertime cycle a year guy then i can see PCT after and staying off rest of the year..
