      Its not safe. Putting someone in a group class and loading a deadlift bar and telling someone to see how many deadlifts they can get in 60 seconds=recipe for disaster...plus torn rotator cuffs in crossfitters is an epidemic...
      again, telling someone to do snatches and over head presses against the clock is not so good for a lot of people

      doing a heavy load while fatigued is always a recipe for disaster. the people i have seen doing it have more wraps straps and tape on than most top tier power lifters. that's an indicator to me that it is not joint or longevity friendly at all. i will keep my cardio and lifting at different times haha
