Last week my bloods came back close enough for me. I think part of it is I no longer run crazy MG's and only a few things at a time. Time to jump back in the game bro but still keeping things light quick 6 week blast 900mg/week TestE for 6 weeks,25mg @ 6am 25mg @ 6pm for 30 days and MK-677 ED. AM fasted Cardio 3 days per week 20min treadmill high incline heart rate at 120 (20min don't start until my Hr reaches 120) Lift 4 days per week, rest days are not needed because of my job. 60g protein per meal, only 1 protein shake per day on workout days only, rest will be real food, Only 2 carb meals per day 50g pre workout and 50g post workout. Knowing how I react to crazy shit like this I will plan a re feed day every 5 days for now not counting protein just pushing high simple carbs/fats normally 6-8 hours is enough.
