I have seen some examples of custom diets he does for fighters. He is a nutrition guru that knows how to fuel athletes. I tried one of the example diets but I think I did not burn off the calories to loose fat. I did feel great and performed better. Keep it up and let us know how you do. I would be curious how much fat you lost. I lost water weight on it but not fat. Made me look better but same BF.

I think I am going to try Keto diet then something like Dulce diet to maintain and build a little muscle. Normally I only consume 60-80 grams of protein daily.
