      I lost virtually no strength at all with a totally ruptured bicep long head. If you rupture the bicep short head, thats way worse and is prob surgery

      yep you are correct dzone. most surgeons wont even do a long head reattachment that isnt causing pain. the distal insertion is a must because that's where all your arm strength comes from. a buddy and client friend of mine has ruptured both of his. another buddy blew his out on a tough mudder and had to have it fixed immediately because his arm wouldnt curl at all. crazy how two points make that much of a difference
