TweetCut it short this week and only deplete for 4 days. I know to much tuna is bad but wanted to see how my body would react.
last 4 days:
6am 14 egg whites with 1tbs of olive oil and 8 raw almonds
7am trained
8am 60g whey poured over 2 cups of apple jacks
9am 2 cans tuna with honey mustard,0 fat
12pm 2 cans tuna with honey mustard
3pm same as 12pm mean
6pm same as 12 pm mea
8pm 14 egg whites. 0 fats
Like I said 4 days of this I am ready for re feed day. Worst part is dealing with being and looking super flat everyday. But I Fucking love it lol

Tweetbro I been doing this so long and know how my body will react its easy. Truth is the rewards/results out weight cravings these days. Only part that sucks is the low to 0 carbs and being flat all the time. Plus the mental fuck because I might not get a super pump while working out. Part of the reason I train super fast. Shit I can train Shoulders and Tries in under 30 mins.
