TweetFuck, trying to hit the magic number goal of 185 before Cancun. Originally said I wanted to be 185-188 stepping off the plane. Two days ago I was at 185.4 which technically is at goal but I was playing the mind game of ufc title rules, 185 even or it isn’t a title fight so I hit the elliptical again yesterday and after 30 minutes bustin ass in the sauna suit, sweat pouring out as usual taking it off before stepping on gym scale. 186.8.....pissed. Cut cals a bit and hit back yesterday afternoon and this morning sauna suit hell on elliptical and scale said 187.2.
Went home, coffee, protein drink and a two hour nap and woke up sluggish, nauseous and dizzy. Two bottles of pedialyte later, feeling better and I hit triceps up. Got biceps in morning and cardio early afternoon to try to hit my 185. Worst case my flight is at 6:13 Sunday so I can hit cardio one last time Sunday super early before leaving for airport.

Tweetyou are pushing to far into dehydration and making your body rebound man. be careful with that because it will do all kinds of messed up stuff to your heart, dehydrating and then rehydrating again. you can get that last bit off no problem just be careful. if i were you i would cut carbs out entirely for the next 2 days and see if that will pull the last bit out
