TweetAs some of you know I follow a super strict meal plan every week ending with a re-feed day. Thought I would share these last 5 days because tomorrow I eat. This week I only used eggs,chicken thighs, whey and ground turkey for protein. maple and brown sugar oats for carbs, Peanut butter for fat, no vegetables, no condiments other then mustard. I know people will say BS but keep in mind I have a desk job, burn very few calories during the day and been doing this for years.
Mon-friday
6am 12 whole eggs
7am trained
8am 60g whey mixed with h20 and 2 packs oats
9am get to job 2 cans tuna plan
12pm 8oz chicken thighs or turkey, 2 tbs peanut butter
3pm same as 12pm meal
530pm same as 3pm meal
6pm leave work
8pm 12 whole eggs
if still hungry I repeat any of the last 3 meals.
Tomorrow I am off work and going to re-feed on anything and everything with high simple carbs, fats and suger for half the day. Maybe I will take pics of each meal I have in front of me.. Anyway thought i would share my crazy ass week.

TweetDidn't take more food pics. However my second meal a hour later was 12 krispy kreme donuts, next meal was 4 double cheese burgers from mcdonald's, then loaded cheese fries with gravy. Last load meal was at 2pm today. Back to the grind tomorrow.

TweetMan that's some serious dedication during the week. The weekend meals would definitely help with the motivation though. Those crabs and a beer sound awesome!
TweetI like it! Did you weigh yourself before and after? I eat like that sometimes and the weight you put on in a few days is pretty insane.

TweetSometimes. I never been a fan of the scale because it can make or break you mood that day. Before every re feed day I do take my temp soon as I get up and after I eat last meal.
