Ive run it twice the 1st time i was a fool and didnt research it just listened to some fool i know and over heated so bad i ended up in the er. Your doing it right starting slow to find what dose works for you. The 2nd time worked great i stayed hydrated on pedilite if thats spelled right and water. Found the dose that was good for me and it was magic. Im 40 now and just dont think im comfortable taking it anymore risks vrs rewards. Shit now even clen puts me all out of whack. The one thing i hated about dnp was always sweating i would wake up when i could sleep in a pool of sweat. Take ur time with it and just pay attention to ur body. Good luck and be safe brother.
