Here is some good info on how to improve gut health. I learned a lot from a pod cast i was listening to this morning. I never knew that we had good and bad gut flora, the bad feeds off sugar and thats what makes us crave sugary foods. The good flora helps use fat but if we consume sugary foods the bad grows and stops the good flora from doing its job. Crazy shit huh?
