TweetGood morning FG. What is up? Got a good back session in this morning if you guys have notice the weights are slowly getting heavier. This is how I prefer to lift. I'm finally getting a little confidence in my right arm. I expect the weights to rise very quickly to at least to where I was.

TweetGood morning FG. Wow good workout. Little confusion on my part at first. Partner was late so I started with shoulders. He got there and was like dude I don't think k we need to do shoulders 3 times a week. So we switched to back. I'm easy.

TweetThinking back now after that little bit of shoulder work I did feel stronger quicker during my back work. I'm pretty sure I've seen Kai Green do a quick shoulder workout before all of his upper body work. I might try it again but not quite as heavy shoulder work.

Tweetyou can hit shoulders 3x per week for a short period of time. they tend to get beat up faster than other body parts do.

TweetSo you do think a quick light shoulder session before say chest or back is a good thing to allow you to jump into heavier weights quicker for those larger muscles. For example their are days that it seems to take alot of warm up time. And it is the shoulder joint for the most part requiring all that warm up to train my back. And I'm just wondering how much fatigue occurs in the back muscles during that long warm up process. If the warm up is the back exercises themselves. God I hope that made sense.

Tweetyou absolutely can. it shouldnt impact your primary workout at all as long as you arent taking anything to failure or to much volume prior to the main lifts
