I did skip sat and sun (nontraining days) and libido went down. I resumed on mon and trained about an hour after my sq pin. Still painless and knot free.
My libido was up it seemed the women were trying to get my attention (or so it seemed) by showing me a lot of skin (maybe I was looking harder I don't know)
Training was over the top I left it all in the gym.
I am still doing med lite weights and many reps. I like the machines but use cables and free weights also.
I will continue with the sq pins until I run out and order more. It works for me.

I might try tren base made with water and solvent the same way. I have tried tren ace and e. Both raised my RBC way high. Maybe the base will be the answer
