Good morning FG. Just tore up some shoulders and a very light leg workout first real leg work I've done since the whole sciatic thing started wished I could say it was pain free but it is what it is. It is not going to get in my way. Be careful and train around it. Still doing the Hypers. Every day. I will have a new notebook by tomorrow so my log won't be so vague. Shoulders feel big and swollen. Great workout side lateral front laterals rear Pec deck press in the Smith machine and even db Seated press. Hammered them good.
