I did crossfit with the police department here for over a year. best shape I have ever been in. BUT my broke ass back could not hang and I quit. I see my old crossfit peers from time to time. I want to go back but remembering the debilitating pain keeps me from going back.
crossfit gets bagged a lot but for functional strength and cardio it is king.
