Light Chest day today.. kept reps in the 8-10 range for the most part and tossed in some super sets
CHEST:
Incline Press Machine (weight stack on each side) 70lbs per side for 4 x 8-10 Reps were very slow and controlled
Flat Smith Press 4 x 8-10 w/185,205,225,245
Incline Cable Chest Fly 4 x 10-12 w/50,60,60,70
TRICEPS:
Rope Press Downs 4 x 8-10 w/50lbs reps were slow and held at top.

Tricep Dip Machine 4 x 8-10 w/130lbs
SHOULDERS:

Hammer Press 4 x 10-12 w/155lbs
DB Side Raise 4 x 10-12 w/20lb dbs

BB Wide Grip Upright Row 4 x 10-12 w/40lb bar
DB Side Raise 4 x 8-10 with 20lb dbs

Rope Crunches 3 x 20 with 80lbs
Cardio:
Stationary Bike: 30min
Macros for today:
139g pro 23g carb 257g fat
I was able to get all macros in 3 meals today. Im slowly switching to IF and try to get all macros in between 8am and 4pm
As far as Ostarine goes Im not sure exactly what i should be "feeling" but i am able to recover a bit faster now and i noticed i feel "tighter" all over. like i feel when im lean for a show.
