TweetUSPA sucks because they do not care. there is no personal responsibility. I had a $300 motorcycle part come up missing. the USPS said it was delivered to my house the postmaster did an "investigation" and said they put it on , my front porch. he swore it, said he had sufficient evidence that it was placed there. well a lady down the street came down the next day and said it was delivered to her house by mistake.

I called the postmaster he said "oh well" and hung up on me. i tried to go above his head but nothing. they kept referring me to him.
