50-100mg pre workout and call it a day. it's pure test and yes it counts towards you desired mg per week lol some will say that it is just like suspension and it clears your system in hours. i dont fully agree and i think it can last up to and a bit over 24 hours so you can get alittle over lap with proper timing

I believe you are correct: It takes time for the crystals to dissolve. Rolling the area you took the inject in expedites the full effect sooner.
