screw that man, from what i hear it is one of the most terrible experiences on the planet. i had to take one of my guys from the barracks to the er once from them. that dude couldnt walk he was in so much pain

TweetGood morning FG. Getting back into the groove since we last talked. I have had a kidney cyst burst that's what was happening when I thought I was passing the stones so after 2nd ct scan cyst gone stones still there. Lol. Anyway over the past 3 weeks I have lost a whopping 17 lbs. Feeling pretty good. Now though. Did get a new g baby this morning at 4 am her name is Brighton Daniel. Will be back in the gym in the am.

cool thing is that since you have depleted down, you should be able to get a nice little rebound off of it. should see some good new gains

After being sick. We got so far behind at work I have been working 14 hours a day to catch up. Figured I would go ahead and get caught up at work this week and get back after Monday maybe Sunday we will see. I'm ready to get back after it man.
