TweetI got my Pump Juice Extreme, Red Razz flavor on 8/3 and I am just now starting the log. I have had an irregular gym schedule due to family emergency's so I waited until I could give it a fair shot. Special THANK YOU to cane87 and Muscle Research for the patience. I will log a couple times a week and everyone should know I don't play favorites so I will log it as I see it. I have tried a lot of pre-workout supplements and feel as though most are not for me. I have a high tolerance to stims and as a matter of fact I have a high tolerance to everything. Some pre-workouts I take 1 serving 30 min prior and I will sip on another serving with BCAA's during my workout. I am going to follow the directions on Pump Juice Extreme. 1 serving 30 minutes prior to workout.
Anyway Day 1.
It smelled good. Mixed easy with a spoon. Tasted great no gritty aftertaste. I went to the gym. I forgot all about taking the Pump Juice until I had to make myself complete a through warm up. I didn't notice any jitters or pins stim like effects but my concentration was on point. Very focused. I did chest and back. I'm a big advocate of Heavy Duty Training and training to failure. First thing I noticed was a great pump. I usually end up with a good pump but not as early. I always keep a training journal so even with my workouts being irregular lately I was able to complete reps where before I finished my set with a partials with the same weight.
Biggest thing I noticed...
I wasn't ready to stop working out. I train by my training journal to improve reps or weight every workout I did that and wanted more. So I had to refocus and hit abs hard. Afterwards I didn't notice any crash.
