if my programming doesnt call for adductor work, i will sneak it in just for that reason. the sore inner thighs ruin everything lol, sex walking standing sitting down and pretty much everything. you cant roll them or really do anything to loosen them up either other than groin stretches and that doesnt go all the way down. if they dont swell or aggervate you to badly you could probably work those as well as your abductors every day, even as a light little warm up.
