Tweet117/75 Felt pretty good. Im not sure what is keeping my bp under control but something is. Could be the constant sipping pomegranate juice thru the day, tart cherry and all the raw veg / fruit I consume. Cardio lately has been low intensity. Anyway, I will check it again in a few days to make sure its consistent
