what I would do if I was you also would be to keep a log of what you ran and the dose. so after the show you can see how you did with these numbers.. it is a lot easier to remember what you did when it written down so at your next show you can tweak more things.. I would keep a log if you already don't.. I would not go with oh I will remember...

i totally agree, i have all that info saved in my cut cycle file. i normally just stay with what works but i want to try new ways and find which one works best for me and gets my the look im aiming for.
