I am so hooked on this product it isnt funny. It is by far the BEST damn pre workout that I have EVER used! I have used A LOT of pre workouts, some were bad ass, some were just shit. Pump Juice is PHENOMENAL and does a fantastic job.

BB Squat 2 warm up sets of 10 reps with 135.
185x10, 225x2x10, 275x2x6

Leg Press W/Bands
1x20 w/315 wide stance-1x20 narrow stance
1x20 w/405 wide stance- 1x20 narrow stance
2x10 w/585 wide stance- 2x10 narrow stance
*the burn on these was killer!

1 Leg Press w/bands Super set with walking lunges
4x12 each leg and then approx 30 lunges down, 30 lunges back

Leg Ext

4x10 with 150lbs
drop set 150x10, 120x10, 80x15

Lying single leg curls

4 x 12 w/30lbs each leg (nice and slow)

BB SLDL

135x10, 185x12, 235x10, 235x10, 235x10


Seated Calves

4 x 20 with 145lbs



Damn fine workout i topped it off with 10min on the stair master to burn the legs a bit more
