TweetI have been a long time speed freak. It takes a lot to get me going and even more to impress me. I regularly use Pre-Work outs and of course have seen countless products taken off the market. I loved the Pump Juice Extreme and am happy it is back. Lets take a ride together.
Monday Feb 29 6:40am. 1 scoop (NEW) Pump Juice extreme. 6 minutes later my face and hands started tingling and I was ready for my work out at 7am. Couldn't wipe the smile off my face and 2 hours later done in the gym and happy to get ready for work. No crash, great energy all day.

TweetTuesday was great; exactly the same as Monday, 6 minutes to lift off now I can wait until I'm on the way to the gym to drink it.
Wednesday, got up early to hunt then went home and took a nap before heading to the gym. Schedule change is always hard on me. Took about 30 minutes to feel juiced and really didn't want to be at the gym. That said we still got the whole work out in and I got a second wind 90 minutes into my work out. Went to work with plenty of energy to haul ladders around and helped the kids move. Long day and still standing.

I know how you liked the original version girl, the one thing I notice is more sweat and the pumps are a bit more intense, and what I love is that the energy is basically the same as the old version maybe a tad better, but still just smooth and non-jittery. Looking forward to following your always epic log!!!

TweetThursday was a crap day in the gym for me but my peeps were still telling me how happy I looked. Go figure felt like Frown face all work out but got it in. Here it was:
Thursdays
Chest and Shoulders
Bench Press 45x25x3 wide, narrow, regular
Spider walks w/ red band 2 min x 2
Pullovers 30x20x3
Dumbbell shrugs 20x20x3
Fly Machine 40, 55, 70x12each
Reverse pec deck 25, 40, 55x12each
Slant Board side-to-side oblique crunches 20x2
Roller work
Decline Bench Press 45x25x3, wide, narrow, regular
Did 7 reps no weight and skipped the rest Smith Machine BH no weight
Chest Press machine 79x12x3
Seated Calf raises 300x20x3
SKIP Lateral Raise machine right shoulder wont work
Mini Circuit
Skipped, my rt side lower back needs adjustment Standing Calf raises 180x20x3
Cable Chest 10x30x3, 20 mid, 20 low, 20 high each time.
I skipped a bunch of shoulder stuff and still put in more work than anyone else I saw at the gym that day.

I have taken 1 scoop of Pump Juice since February 29th, 10 days. I skipped it on Sunday because all I did was cardio and abs. It is working like a charm, no jitters, even energy level, strong focus and no crash. I usually switch between 3 different pre-workouts within any given week and go 2 days without any just to keep it working right. This product doesn't taste as good as it used to but I believe it works a bit better. I am on a very strict diet right now and I think this product is helping with my energy level and concentration.
