ok so i didnt actually train per say today so no pump juice. i did on the other hand do some serious interval sprints and damn my legs pumped up faster and harder than usual today. my glycogen tanks are full now but my body is also used to this type of training. it may be a residual effect from yesterday's effect still kicking. i may try it again on a non training day just to see what's up. even though it sucks to do intervals with pumped legs, it is still cool haha
